Baloo’s Story:

Baloo was dumped on the verge of death at a pound in Georgia. Thanks to Baloo’s microchip, the pound was able to trace Baloo back to the kennel that almost starved him to death. A full investigation was launched and the kennel was subsequently shut down by authorities. The owner of the kennel was breeding pits, rots, GSD and dobies and he was a former business partner of none other than Micheal Vick! Baloo was lucky to survive the lack of food and water he had to endure. His condition was so poor, we could hardly recognize his breed. As a two year old full grown rottweiler, he weighed a mere 39 pounds when he was rescued and could barely stand. When Baloo arrived at Kodi’s Club, he was immediately hospitalized with pneumonia in both lungs but Baloo’s temperament was never compromised by the abuse and neglect he suffered. He remained pleasant and loving from the day he was rescued and throughout his rehabilitation. Baloo is truly an ambassador for the Rottweiler breed, forgiving and loyal. Baloo has blossomed into an absolutely stunning boy and his transformation has been nothing short of a miracle. He is now a well-adjusted and happy dog adopted by a lovely family in Delaware who dotes on him and his rottie sister Ginger.
